The ARP 247-4204 Diesel Custom Age 625+ Head Stud Kit is engineered for high-horsepower and competition-grade builds on 1998.5–2024 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 trucks with 5.9L or 6.7L Cummins engines. This kit replaces the factory Torque-To-Yield head bolts with heavy-duty head studs made from ARP’s proprietary Custom Age 625+ alloy, offering significantly enhanced clamping force and fatigue resistance. These studs are precision heat-treated, centerless-ground, thread-rolled after treatment, shot-peened, and finished with black oxide for corrosion resistance—ensuring proven reliability under extreme combustion pressures.
