By participating in the 8Ball Diesel Workz American Force Wheel Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), entrants agree to be bound by these official rules:

How to Enter:
- For every $1 spent on the website, you get 1 entry into the giveaway.
- More purchases = More chances to win!
- Entry multipliers will be dropped throughout the giveaway.
1. SPONSOR & ADMINISTRATOR
The Giveaway is sponsored by 8Ball Diesel Workz (the "Sponsor"). The Sponsor is responsible for all costs associated with the prize. This Giveaway is not affiliated with or endorsed by American Force Wheels or Nitto Tires.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on [Start Date], at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on [End Date], at 11:59 PM ET (the "Giveaway Period").
4. HOW TO ENTER
You can enter the Giveaway by making a purchase or through the mail-in method:
- Purchase Method: For every $1 spent on 8Ball Diesel Workz products or services during the Giveaway Period, you will receive 1 entry into the Giveaway. Certain promotional periods during the Giveaway may offer up to 10X entries for each $1 spent, as communicated by the Sponsor during the Giveaway Period.
- Mail-In Method (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without making a purchase, send a 3"x5" index card with your full name, address, phone number, email address, and a note indicating your entry into the "8Ball Diesel Workz American Force Wheel Giveaway" to:

Each mail-in entry will receive 10 free entries. The postmark date on the mail-in entry will determine whether any promotional multipliers apply. Only one mail-in entry per person is allowed, regardless of promotional periods.
5. ENTRY LIMIT
Participants can receive an unlimited number of entries via the purchase method, subject to the Giveaway Period and any promotional multipliers. However, participants are limited to one (1) mail-in entry.
6. WINNER SELECTION
Winners will be selected randomly through a third-party raffle software. The random drawing will occur on or about January 30, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. PRIZES
- 1st Prize: A set of (4) American Force Wheels
Up to 26x14 in size
Any bolt pattern
Choice of Polished or Black finish
Tires: Pick between Nitto 420v or Nitto Ridge Grappler tires
Any size from 33" to 37"
Tires will be mounted on the wheels and shipped to your door.
- 2nd Prize: 10 cases of Coal Train Energy Drink delivered to your door
Choose from a Variety Pack or a Single flavor of your choice.
- How to Enter:
For every $1 spent on the website, you get 1 entry into the giveaway. More purchases = More chances to win! - No cash or other prize substitution is permitted. Prizes are non-transferable.
8. NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
Potential winners will be notified by email or phone within five (5) business days after the drawing. Potential winners must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim their prize. If a potential winner does not respond within this time frame, an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
9. TAXES
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless 8Ball Diesel Workz, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these official rules.
11. PUBLICITY
By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and any information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
12. DISPUTES
Any legal actions are waived.
13. PRIVACY
Any personal information collected during the course of the Giveaway will be used solely by the Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy.
