Description
The Wagler CRD5.9/6.7 +0.080 Connecting Rod Set is designed for custom 6.4 L Cummins engine builds that use a 5.9 L crankshaft in a 6.7 L block. These rods are forged in the USA from certified 4340ACQ steel by Trenton Forging, featuring a heavy-duty beam design with thicker beams, strengthening ribs, 3D profiling, and larger radii to reduce stress risers. Each rod is precision honed with an oil groove and hole in the pin end, and incorporates a tongue-and-groove locator design to ensure cap alignment and maintain a true bore. All design, machining, assembly, and quality control are done in-house, and the rods receive a standard shot-peened finish.
